Because one colleague ask me about the time schedule of the lecture. It is more or less compulsory to be at the "seminar" or "lectures" in the seminarroom MUG3-EG/07 (MUG3-SR 13). During this lecture the theoretical input/ fundament for the practical part is thought. The lectures are very good and interesting and Chris Oostenbrink gives motivated lectures - he explains the theoretical part in a way that everyone can understand at least part of it
The time in the "Linux-room" (Linux-Raum ZID (MUG3-EG/32)) are just booked to show the univeristy that the "Linux-room" is used for lectures. You can do the practicle part whenever you like, which includes the GROMOS tutorial and your own MD-simulation. It is your full responsibility at which time you do your work. The "Linux-room" is not often used for teaching so you have enough time to do the tutorial during the summer semester. Most part of your own experiment you will accomplish directly at computers in the working group. If you want you can get an access (VPN) to the cluster of the working group and you can do all your experiments from your home computer.
